1 Definitions & General Provisions

The following terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as:

• "Platform" means the e2bdt website, mobile interface, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person registered on e2bdt.
• "Service" means online gaming, betting, and all related activities provided by e2bdt.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer given to a user by e2bdt.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Age Requirement

e2bdt services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. You must confirm your actual age when opening an account. e2bdt may request relevant documents for age verification at any time. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Other Eligibility Requirements

• Each user may open only one account.
• Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, but verification may be required if the same payment method is used.
• You must register using your real identity and accurate information.
• Residents of areas where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use this service.

3 Account Creation & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on e2bdt, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of balance.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify e2bdt support immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3.3 Verification

For security purposes, e2bdt may request proof of identity or address at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until submitted documents are verified.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service. Payments through any method other than those listed above are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Source of Funds

You must ensure that the funds you deposit come from a legitimate source. e2bdt reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may suspend withdrawals if necessary.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳6,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer applies only once per member.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus requirements are met.
• e2bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.

6 VIP Program

e2bdt's VIP program has five tiers in total, with weekly cashback benefits available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation. VIP tier benefits may change at e2bdt's discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits using someone else's payment method.
• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Attempting unauthorized modification of or interference with the platform's software.
• Using e2bdt for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing or misleading other users.

8 Games & Betting Rules

8.1 Fair Play

All games and betting services on e2bdt are built on fair play principles. SSL encryption and a secure gaming environment are maintained on the platform.

8.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error results in an incorrect outcome or payment, e2bdt reserves the right to void that transaction. e2bdt will not be liable for losses caused by server outages or connection disruptions.

8.3 Bet Cancellation

If incorrect information or a technical error is found in any bet, e2bdt reserves the right to cancel that bet and the relevant amount will be returned to the user's account.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

e2bdt bears no liability in the following cases:

• Loss in a game or bet due to internet connection disruption.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party technical problems.
• Loss resulting from a user leaving their own login credentials unsecured.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or legal restrictions.

14 Intellectual Property
